Description

You will lead technical implementation and platform ownership for Salesforce systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex enhancements across Lightning and Classic environments.
• Perform impact analysis for Salesforce releases and communicate required changes.
• Mentor offshore teams on Lightning development, LWC, and declarative best practices.
• Act as the technical touchpoint for onshore teams to mitigate dependencies and manage quality.
• Own platform stability by resolving BAU production issues and shaping product backlog requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.
• Hands-on programming proficiency in JavaScript.
• Exposure to server-side languages such as .NET or Java.
• In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Ability to understand and comprehend UML diagrams.
• Experience with Classic to Lightning migrations and LWC development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
