Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and technical roadmap definition across Sales and Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap and reference architectures for Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
• Direct design decisions for data models, integrations, and security models.
• Oversee hands-on development and code reviews in Apex, LWC, and Aura/Visualforce.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
• Evaluate existing orgs to improve performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and technical leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integration patterns and platform events.
• Proven ability to manage CI/CD processes and ensure high-quality deployments.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Jenkins for team collaboration and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience defining solution architecture and driving technical design decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copado for release management.
