Description

Lead the design and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage deployments to ensure minimal disruption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Apex classes.
• Manage Salesforce deployments, including sandbox refreshes, code merges, and production releases.
• Design business logic and integration patterns using modern data and security patterns.
• Write unit, integration, and functional automation tests to resolve issues identified by QA or product support.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud core capabilities, including data models, security, and access control.
• Proficiency in declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Strong experience with Apex, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on experience with Test-driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with Bitbucket and DevOps automation tools and practices.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
