You will lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Design, build, and configure functional applications using Salesforce best practices.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using custom platform development and external data integration.
• Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Analyze, replicate, and fix defects with root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud declarative development.
• 9+ years of experience with Salesforce platform programming: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL.
• Proven integration experience using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security configuration, sharing rules, and user management.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and tools.
• Experience working within an agile software development environment.
• Ability to analyze issues and resolve problems independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with teams to align processes with organizational goals.
