Description

You will lead the architecture, development, and delivery of complex Cloud CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect advanced customizations using Salesforce and Force.com.
• Oversee programmatic elements, integrations, and data migration processes.
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.
• Manage technical project team members, including offshore resources.
• Mentor junior team members on Salesforce technology and best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expert-level understanding of core Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce development.
• Experience developing Lightning Components (including Aura).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and design.
• Ability to integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce/Force.com.
• Experience managing environment configuration and code reviews.
• Familiarity with front-end web technologies.
