Description

You will own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and digital engagement channels including MIAW.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define architectural patterns for Agentforce workflows and AI-enabled service capabilities.
• Architect and govern MIAW implementations, including routing and omni-channel strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, reviewing designs and code for compliance.
• Define and govern integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years dedicated experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.
• 14+ years overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on background with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and MIAW.
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Proven track record architecting complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and compliance standards.
• Significant experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Certified Lightning Experience Specialist.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years tenure in current or previous leadership roles.
