Description

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and platform capabilities
• Build reusable components and enforce consistent design patterns and coding standards
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Apply core platform principles including data modeling, security, sharing model, and OOP concepts
• Leverage low-code capabilities (flows, validation rules, etc.) alongside custom development where appropriate
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Copilot) to accelerate development, analysis, and solutioning
• Drive code quality through refactoring, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices
• Independently own implementation decisions and deliver with minimal supervision
• Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in scrum ceremonies, and contribute to technical discussions

Utilize CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins) for efficient development and deployment processes
