Description

Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, owning implementation decisions from architecture to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable components using Apex and Lightning Web Components, enforcing consistent design patterns.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Drive code quality through refactoring, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to OOP principles.
• Leverage low-code capabilities (flows, validation rules) alongside custom development where appropriate.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in scrum ceremonies, and contribute to technical discussions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and the sharing model.
• Experience implementing REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub and Jenkins.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Copilot) to accelerate development and solutioning.
• Proven track record of independently owning implementation decisions with minimal supervision.
