Lead technical design and development of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to develop proposed technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize web applications using Salesforce best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to team members across multiple concurrent projects.
• Prepare high-level documentation including detailed specifications and design solutions.
• Research Salesforce capabilities to perform gap analysis against business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience with deep Salesforce expertise.
• Proficiency in Apex, including classes, future methods, batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and triggers.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning framework.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Integration using REST, SOAP, and Tooling APIs.
• Hands-on experience with SOQL, Unit Testing, and data models.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Development Patterns and the multi-tenant architect model.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks including Angular, AngularJS, or jQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Sales Cloud, App Builder, PD1, and PD2.

Education

B. Tech, B.E. in Computer Science/IT, or MCA degree.
