Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the technical strategy for the Salesforce platform while liaising with stakeholders.
• Lead a team of technical resources and support their professional growth.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions through collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability by contributing to testing and deployment planning.
• Provide expertise on Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and deployment considerations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in software development.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs and integration capabilities.
• Proven experience managing and leading technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect certifications.
