Description

You will lead Salesforce implementations and develop scalable platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for case management and digital engagement.
• Build and maintain applications using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop complex Flows, including screen, record-triggered, and auto-launched flows, to replace legacy automation.
• Enforce development standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and governor limits.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Flow (screen, record-triggered, auto-launched).
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, admins, and business analysts.
