Description

Lead the design and development of custom end-user solutions on the Salesforce platform within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop extensible and reusable Lightning Web Components and custom code using Apex and JavaScript.
• Design data models and manage object relationships, ensuring efficient use of SOQL, SOSL, and DML operations.
• Balance declarative configuration tools like Flows and Approval Processes with custom coding to meet business requirements.
• Implement security frameworks using Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules while managing Salesforce governor limits.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and testers to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, JavaScript, Triggers, Classes, and Batch jobs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including Flows, Process Builder, and Email Templates.
• Strong background in object-oriented coding standards, design patterns, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience in Investment Banking and/or Global Markets (Equities and Fixed Income).
• Technical proficiency with AutoRabbit, MuleSoft, Einstein, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce information sharing and security models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Communities setup and configuration.
