Description

Lead technical development and customization within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning solution architecture, integration, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Customize Service Cloud features including case management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
• Build automation using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Manage version control via Git and handle deployments using Salesforce DX and change sets.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and Salesforce DX.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Experience with Service Cloud implementations and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Salesforce security model.
