Description

You will own the development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions supporting Enterprise Risk & Compliance initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on risk programs, scenario analysis, application controls, and production issues.
• Manage development requests within the Salesforce core group, covering components, permission sets, and multiple instances.
• Create and maintain Visualforce pages, screen flows, and custom Salesforce components.
• Develop, test, and validate integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform Salesforce administration tasks and provide troubleshooting and production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency in Core Development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Ability to develop and enhance UI using Frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Experience implementing automated notifications and workflows using Salesforce Flows.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Python for data validation.
• Tableau experience.
