Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce applications.
• Develop and customize functionality using Apex, LWC, and Advanced Flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions adhering to best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Lead or Senior Developer.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, and security models.
• Solid experience with Salesforce customizations and configurations.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working with global contact center environments.
