Description

You will lead development and operations for the Salesforce/Velocity Service Platform and AWS Customer Integration Hub.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in delivering enhancements and driving automation initiatives.
• Own daily operations, defect management, and maintenance coordination with Managed Services vendors.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize defects and report status to IT and business leadership.
• Manage production deployments, stabilization efforts, and rotating on-call support for critical issues.
• Ensure compliance with incident management, change management, security, and data governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or operations.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing enhancement deliveries.
• Strong ability to manage incident and change management processes.
• Experience with performance tuning and data governance.
• Ability to collaborate closely with architects on continuous improvement.
