Description

Lead full-stack development and mentor engineering teams across functional groups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new systems using modern frameworks and own the full software stack.
• Mentor associate engineers through coaching and technical workshops.
• Present technical concepts and improvement scenarios to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct software testing, inspections, and prepare technical reports and calculations.
• Supervise system protocols, data flows, and automation work.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience developing UI components using Aura Bundles and LWC.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and third-party integrations.
• Experience configuring and enhancing Salesforce Industry CPQ solutions.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with object-oriented and functional programming methodologies.
• Proven ability to use performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within multi-functional teams including design, product, and data departments.
