Description

Lead development and implementation of software systems on the Salesforce platform to support business initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Execute unit and integration testing to ensure code adheres to business and technical requirements.
• Lead code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and mentor less experienced staff.
• Identify technical pain points in customer environments and collaborate with account management to propose solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience building custom lightning pages using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Data Service.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and UI frameworks.
• Experience with Visualforce and single-page application development for desktop and mobile.
• Expertise in web services and API integration (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata).

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of building and grooming SFDC teams.
• Experience representing technical practices to customers.
