Description

You will lead the design, development, and integration of custom Salesforce applications and legacy system connections.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom Salesforce apps using Apex, LWCs, Flows, Visualforce, Aura, and metadata.
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous integrations with legacy systems via APIs, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Manage the full development lifecycle for onsite and offshore teams, including design, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Enforce security controls including authentication, authorization, encryption, and data masking.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce integrations.
• Mastery of Apex, LWCs, Flows, Visualforce, and Aura.
• Proficiency with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Experience with metadata, process automation, batch jobs, and Salesforce APIs.
• At least two relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., PDII, Advanced Admin, App Builder, or Integration Architect).
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.
• Ability to lead and provide technical guidance to onsite and offshore developers and testers.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with business rules engines (BRMS).
