Lead the development of Salesforce solutions within the banking domain, focusing on financial services cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and manage integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure and customize Financial Services Cloud for retail, lending, and customer onboarding workflows.
• Deploy Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce features, including Prompt Builder and Einstein AI.
• Manage Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Lightning Framework.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for banking domains.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agentforce, AI, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Experience with Omni-Channel configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain experience in KYC and customer onboarding.
• Experience with customer onboarding workflows.
