Description

Lead end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, and APIs, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud and AI-driven architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Financial Services Cloud features such as Customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.
• Build unified customer data platforms using Client Data 360 (Data Cloud).
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, including Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing and messaging for chat, voice, and digital channels.
• Lead code reviews, delivery execution, and design scalable integrations across enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Lightning development.
• Strong proficiency in REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in the banking domain.
• Experience in retail banking, lending, customer onboarding, or KYC processes.
• Hands-on expertise with Client Data 360 / Data Cloud.
• Experience building solutions with Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI).
• Experience configuring Omni-Channel, including routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft for integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as AutoRabit, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Client Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional, or Data Cloud/AI certifications.
