Description

You will design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce design and development using Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• Implement Financial Services Cloud features including customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.
• Build a unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, and agent capacity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Lightning, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain knowledge (Retail, Lending, KYC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
• Experience with Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Proficiency in Omni-Channel configuration and routing.
• Experience leading code reviews and delivery execution.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft and CI/CD tools (Autobot, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Salesforce security and compliance knowledge.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional, or Data Cloud/AI certifications.
