Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce design and development for enterprise banking transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.
• Develop unified customer data platforms using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Create AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Configure Omni-Channel routing and messaging for chat, voice, and digital channels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong banking domain experience in retail, lending, or customer onboarding.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Experience with Agentforce, Agent Builder, and Prompt Builder.
• Knowledge of Omni-Channel routing, queues, and agent capacity.
• Ability to lead code reviews and delivery execution.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft integration experience.
• CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
