Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development for Financial Services Cloud, focusing on Customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build unified customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Develop AI-powered experiences using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Design scalable enterprise integrations and configure Omni-Channel routing, messaging, chat, and voice.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and drive successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex, LWC, Lightning, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) with banking domain knowledge (Retail Banking, Lending, KYC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
• Proficiency in Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, and Einstein AI.
• Experience configuring Omni-Channel features including routing, queues, and agent capacity.
• Strong background in enterprise integration and solution architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as AutoRabit, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Salesforce Security & Compliance knowledge.
