Description

You will lead the technical design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Advanced Flows.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Optimize contact center efficiency and agent productivity through automation and process improvements.
• Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support integrations with external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead or Senior Developer.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Advanced Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce customizations and configurations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree.
