Salesforce Lead Developer

Lead technical development and architectural design for Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle, including creating deployable packages and writing pre/post-deployment instructions across sandbox and production environments.
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing users, security controls, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Consult with customers to provide technical guidance and optimal Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Pardot customization, integration, and digital engagement.
• Proficiency in designing custom tabs, reports, and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and security models.
• Strong ability to manage complex deployments across multiple environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer consultation.
