Description

Lead technical delivery for Sales, Service, and B2B Commerce Cloud implementations while mentoring a team of 12-15 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, and design of reusable software components.
• Mentor team members on cloud technology, integration patterns, and Salesforce best practices.
• Design and implement business technology solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education customers.
• Investigate defects, provide accurate work effort estimates, and implement solutions within budget.
• Manage Salesforce.com backups and participate in all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development.
• 3-4 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 4+ years of experience with integration patterns.
• Expertise in Apex, Aura, Flow, Triggers, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD and GIT source control.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration tools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor limits and performance optimization.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, and Commerce Cloud Consultant.
• Experience working within the Agile Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications.
