Description

You will lead technical teams in designing and implementing complex Salesforce architectures and customized solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, process flowcharts, and architectural diagrams.
• Build and test customized solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning Aura while adhering to object-oriented design principles.
• Manage integrations through custom APIs and database migrations between applications.
• Own the DevOps process and ensure coding best practices and development standards are followed.
• Diagnose technical issues, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and maintain software security and integrity.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and complex CRM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, including migration, cleansing, and governance.
• Proven ability to design complex Salesforce architectures and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security, and permissions.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects using Scrum or Agile.
• Experience analyzing and tuning Salesforce applications for performance.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce professional certifications.
