Description

Lead the Salesforce development team in designing and building custom solutions and architectural designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
• Facilitate solution design sessions, conduct code reviews, and advocate for Salesforce best practices.
• Analyze project objectives and capability requirements through direct interaction with clients, managers, and end users.
• Provide work effort estimates for new projects and enhancements while ensuring deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
• Design, code, test, and mitigate issues identified during the software development lifecycle within an iterative methodology.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Java, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Partner Communities, B2B Commerce, and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in data modeling, integration, security, and customization.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies.
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• MS in Computer Science and 6 years of experience as a Salesforce architect, or BS in Computer Science and 8 years as a Salesforce architect.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Technical Architect certification or similar credential.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, DX, Tricentis Tosca, or Oracle SOA.
