Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions and internal applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and detailed requirement documents.
• Integrate AppExchange applications and manage Salesforce Sandbox and production environments.
• Document and test business solutions for custom application development and complex implementations.
• Automate manual activities and improve operational efficiency through technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience configuring and developing Salesforce.com applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, S-Controls, and Triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and .NET technologies.
• Experience managing medium to large complexity projects using formal methodologies.
• Salesforce Certified Admin 201, 301, Functional Consultant, and Platform Developer.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer.
• Experience working with US-based teams.
