Description

You will lead the technical direction, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and custom integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex enhancements across Lightning and Classic environments.
• Lead migrations from Classic to Lightning, driving development with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Act as the technical quality gatekeeper for the offshore team and collaborate with onshore engineers.
• Mentor the offshore team on Lightning development, declarative solutions, and best practices.
• Perform impact analysis for releases, manage BAU production issues, and shape requirements in product backlogs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation.
• Strong hands-on programming proficiency with JavaScript.
• Exposure to server-side languages such as .NET or Java.
• In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Ability to interpret and comprehend UML diagrams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring offshore engineering teams.
• Background in designing custom integrations for Salesforce platforms.
