Description

Lead Salesforce implementations and technical delivery for Sales and Service Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Manage technical delivery by coordinating between customers, offshore teams, and development teams.
• Communicate technical designs and solution impacts to business Subject Matter Experts.
• Provide high-level cost and schedule impact assessments for proposed technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of total IT experience.
• 4-6 years of dedicated Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com Governor limits.
• Experience developing with Lightning UI.
• Solid knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
