Description

You will transform program designs from Solution and Technical Architects into configured Salesforce solutions. You own the technical design for complex business problems and guide junior team members and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SFDC applications to meet specific customer requirements.
• Build complex dashboards and reports using CRMA within Agile scrum teams.
• Coordinate development efforts with onshore teams.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from low-level design to post-production support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• 5+ years of mandatory experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 5+ years of experience in Apex and Salesforce customization.
• Experience working within Agile scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in SFDC application configuration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) certification.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to mentor junior team members and system integrator resources.
