Description

You will design and develop Salesforce features using managed packages like Blackthorn, BrainShark, and Spiff, alongside OmniStudio tools.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications, workflows, and automation using Omniscript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Develop user interfaces and integrate Salesforce with external systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Test application stability, functionality, and performance while troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, test plans, user guides, and KT records in Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs for system integration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce managed packages (Blackthorn, BrainShark, Spiff).
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and Omniscript.
• Ability to work with business analysts and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and IT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting technical specifications and maintaining knowledge transfer records.
