Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Salesforce strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications and workflows.
• Manage administrative functions including user access, security settings, and data integrity.
• Lead a team of administrators, developers, and analysts through coaching.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Development.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform strategy and planning.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Proven track record in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience managing enterprise-level system integrations.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams.
