You will lead strategic Salesforce implementations and manage global program delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for Salesforce implementations and solution design.
• Manage and develop team skills in Salesforce technologies and practices.
• Govern project status and report updates to Global Leads.
• Drive the pre-sales process, including technical proposals and customer presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation as a consultant or lead.
• Deep knowledge of integrations with SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and MDG.
• Experience managing global programs across different time zones.
• Proficiency with testing tools like Panaya (or similar), SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Experience controlling SLAs and managing defect cycles during testing.
• Proven experience in pre-sales technical proposal development.
• PMP or Scrum/SAFe certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional third-party integration tools beyond SAP ecosystem.
