Description

Lead Salesforce administration, system optimization, and technical development to support business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine administrative functions including user provisioning, account maintenance, page layouts, custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Oversee system security, visibility settings, sandboxes, and deployments using Gearset.
• Build and maintain workflows, flows, email templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Execute data loads and manage data hygiene by addressing duplicates and cleaning unused fields.
• Gather user feedback to develop application requirements and manage system changes without service interruption.

Required Skills

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/Apex, and Unit Test Development.
• Experience with JSON and XML development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented approaches, databases, and system design.
• Ability to assist in the development of Lightning Web Components.
• Proven capability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with backend data integration using HTTP and Web Services.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, SSO, and Conga Composer.
