10+ years of experience specifically within Salesforce development.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories and business requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
• Write high-quality, secure, and maintainable code adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Conduct code reviews on pull requests to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Assist with deployments and manage CI/CD pipelines across all environments.
• Mentor developers, fostering collaboration and adoption of best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience specifically within Salesforce development.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release management tools (e.g., Copado or Gearset).
• Ability to design and implement solutions directly, not just provide architectural guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to mentor developers and foster collaboration.
