Description

 The DaVita Salesforce instance has several thousand end users, and dozens of user groups with different use cases, the job requires broad knowledge of Salesforce and an ability learn continuously. Regular responsibilities related to database development and administration include: Perform custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components), integrations with legacy enterprise systems (often through the use of middleware tools such as Informatica) and complex data migrations. Lead development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with junior members of the team both offshore and onshore. Develop Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components. Integrate Salesforce components using Salesforce APIs, Web Services, outbound messaging, SFDC Data Loader and ETL. Partner with leadership in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and creation of development schedules. Perform above responsibilities in adherence to standard operating procedures and with guidance from the Salesforce team and leadership. In the role as Salesforce Developer, general business responsibilities include: In meetings and other forms of communication, represent the Salesforce platform team in the spirit of Village values and the mission and vision of the Salesforce team. Document projects using Jira, Confluence and other tools to create project artifacts according to Salesforce team standards. Create release notes and train end users on new functionality at the end of sprint cycle.   Brief (existing and potential) user groups on Salesforce functionality using relevant example with the ability to relate requested use cases to the demonstrated examples
