Description

You will lead Salesforce Apex development and Lightning teams, overseeing technical delivery from inception to completion. You own the quality of deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Apex and Lightning projects, managing technical execution from start to finish.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Apex development, including triggers, classes, and Batch Apex.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Modeling, security, sharing settings, and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and collaborate with business analysts and architects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visualforce development.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
