Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. • Architect scalable and high-performing Salesforce applications aligned with business requirements. • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. • Drive end-to-end solution delivery from requirement gathering through deployment and support. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. • Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware tools. • Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities. • Design and develop dashboards, datasets, and reports using CRM Analytics (CRMA). • Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments. • Perform solution estimations, technical documentation, and architecture reviews. • Ensure security, scalability, and governance standards within the Salesforce ecosystem.
