Description

You own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture covering Service Cloud, Agentforce, and digital engagement channels including MIAW.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead architecture decisions for data models, integrations, security, automation, and user experience.
• Define architectural patterns for Agentforce-driven workflows and AI-enabled service capabilities.
• Architect and govern MIAW implementations, including routing, omni-channel strategies, and capacity models.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, reviewing designs and code for architectural compliance.

Required Skills

• 14+ years overall software development experience, including 10–12 years dedicated to Salesforce architecture.
• Strong hands-on background with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW).
• Extensive expertise in Salesforce platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security model.
• Significant experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Certified Lightning Experience Specialist.
• Bachelor's degree.
