Description

You will serve as the technical authority for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, driving architecture decisions and resolving complex technical risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical conversations with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders regarding security, performance, and governance.
• Design application and integration architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices and customer infrastructure.
• Evaluate business and technical requirements to ensure solutions remain maintainable and extendable.
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and manage technical risks to resolution.
• Provide guidance on development standards, environment management, testing, and Force.com platform education.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of development and design experience on Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
• Proven track record with at least 3-4 full-scale implementations.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce APEX, triggers, and Force.com IDE.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with production deployments using ANT.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture functions including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience working within Agile implementation methodologies.
• Active Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications.
