Description

You will lead the technical design, development, and administration of the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and troubleshoot system performance.
• Implement solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and API integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and document all code changes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and security architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct unit and integration testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, Git, and deployment tools.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
