Description

Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based business applications on the Salesforce platform. Own technical decisions, project lifecycles, and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions by evaluating business requirements against platform limitations.
• Lead project teams by assigning work, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring quality and compliance.
• Facilitate business process analysis with clients, guiding them toward standard functionality over custom code.
• Mentor team members and offshore resources while providing technical oversight and feedback.
• Manage full project lifecycles including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or configuration.
• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and environment management.
• One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50-70% and work from a home office in the U.S.
