Description

You will lead a technical team to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, owning architecture and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure project success.
• Design custom Salesforce applications with a focus on security and scalability.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical discussions to optimize system performance.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs or MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and Visual Studio Code.
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as Jenkins or Gearset.
• Ability to implement workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and managing technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer I/II.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
