Description

Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based business applications on the Salesforce platform, owning technical decisions, project lifecycles, and client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions by evaluating business requirements against platform limitations.
• Lead project teams, assigning work and monitoring deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Facilitate business process analysis, guiding clients toward standard functionality over custom code.
• Mentor team members and offshore resources with technical oversight.
• Manage full project lifecycles from requirements through deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in hands-on technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development or configuration experience.
• Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce project deployments and environment management.
• Current Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to travel 50-70% and work from a U.S. home office.
