Description

You will lead Salesforce engineering teams through the full development lifecycle of complex platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions using industry best practices.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure solution quality and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• 2+ years in a leadership or lead role.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data migration.
• Experience with managed packages and 3rd-party Salesforce components.
• Hands-on experience with VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
• One or more Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• UI/UX development experience based on Salesforce Experience Cloud.
