Build and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle from development to incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Apex.
• Implement and manage Salesforce security models following industry best practices.
• Deploy Salesforce components using CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including SEV1, SEV2, and SEV3 production incidents.
• Collaborate with management and distributed development teams to meet project deliverables using AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lightning Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Aura components.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models.
• Practical experience with CI/CD deployment processes.
• Ability to work within AGILE/SCRUM frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
• Experience with Angular or other JavaScript frameworks.
