Description

You will own technical development and production support within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Lightning components and Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable components using Salesforce Lightning.
• Manage and support Service Cloud implementations.
• Resolve technical issues through production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using clear communication.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
